Baptism of School-Age Children:  Special classes for student & parents are offered for those in need of the Sacrament of Baptism.  This sacramental preparation is in addition to the regular Faith Formation class in which the child is enrolled. 
 
Note to parents regarding Baptismal Certificate and Sacrament Record Form:  It is the responsibility of the parents to provide a copy of their child’s baptism certificate and completed Sacrament Record Form when their child is preparing for a sacrament whether it is First Penance, First Communion, or Confirmation.     

First Penance (Reconciliation):  Preparation in Gr. 2.

First Eucharist:  Preparation in Gr. 2.  See April calendar for dates for the Celebration of First Holy Communion.
 
Special Sacrament Preparation Class
A special sacrament preparation class is available to students in Gr. 3-12 who need to prepare for First Penance and First Communion.  The children enrolled in this special class will meet on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM and also participate in the Wednesday Faith Formation classes at their grade level in school.  Parents are to notify the Faith Formation Office as soon as possible if their child will be enrolled in this class.
